DESCRIPTION
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to olive shedding machines or other similar fruits, for example, plums, cherries, etc. Throughout this description, the term "olives" is extended to all harvested fruit that needs to be spilled, that is, separated from its branch. Specifically, the invention relates to a roller screen for said machines that achieves high efficiency in the shedding of olives, as well as, allows to significantly increase the performance of the machine to which it is incorporated.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Normally, multiple olive shedding machines are known, which employ a screen consisting of a grill comprising a plurality of rollers arranged parallel and equidistant from each other, for example, which rotate in the opposite direction with respect to the adjacent roller; the separation between the rollers, which is fixed, should only allow the passage, to the space under the grill, to the leaves, branches or other waste that accompany the olives harvested, preventing said passage to the latter, which, roll by the upper face of the grill, which forms a certain descending slope, towards the outlet pipe, the latter, reached only by clean olives.
These known machines have the disadvantage that, in fact, the unraveling of the harvested olives is not carried out efficiently, even, in many cases, it results in a low yield of the machine, since many of the olives that are processed are wasted because they are not able to detach from the branches that are discarded. This is due to the fact that the separation between the rollers of the screens of these known machines is fixed, responding to a compromise between the sizes that "the olives may have" and the space between rollers necessary to allow the passage of the leaves and branches that you want to separate from harvested olives.
For this reason, it is necessary to design an olive shedding screen that, in a simple and economical way, allows to overcome the previously proposed inconveniences.

On the part of the applicant, it is unknown the existence of an olive shedding screen that shows similar characteristics to those presented by the invention that is recommended here.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is established and characterized in the independent claims, while the dependent claims describe other features thereof.
The object of the invention is an olive shedding screen, in which, the separation between rollers is adjustable. The technical problem to be solved is how to completely separate the leaves and branches that accompany the harvested olives, regardless of the size of the latter.
An advantage of the invention is that it manages to solve, precisely, the technical problem posed, then, the particular configuration given to the support means of the ends of the rollers that make up the grill, allows to have, at all times, a separation minimum between the rollers it supports; Thus, when a branch or set of branches with olives is crossed between two of said rollers, the separation between them is adjusted to the dimensions of the branch, preventing the passage of olives through the grill, therefore, the dimensions of the olives will always be greater than the separation between rollers adjusted by the dimensions of the branch, thus achieving the passage of said branch, through the grill, free of olives, and that the latter, detach from the branch and roll to through the top of the grill.
As can be seen, with the use of the sieve object of the present invention, the total separation between the olives and the branches or set of branches that accompany it from the harvest is achieved, favoring the performance of the olive shedding machine.

Figure 1 represents a top perspective view of the olive shedding screen, formed by a roller grill with support and driving means for said rollers.

Figure 5 represents a schematic front view of the row of fasteners of Figure 3 that make up the support means of the sieve rollers of Figure 1, illustrating the fastening parts forming a minimum distance between rollers in a second moment when a branch crosses them.
DETAILED EXHIBITION OF THE INVENTION
In view of the foregoing, the present invention relates to an olive shedding screen. For example, it can be used following the process of screening heavy materials carried out by the olive shedding machines known. In other words, the sieve object of the present invention can be used to separate the olives from the branches that were discarded in known spreading machines. Which should not be interpreted as that the recommended screening here cannot be used as the only screening step of the shedding machine on which it is mounted.
As shown in Figure 1, the screen comprises:
- a grill (1) formed by a plurality of rollers (1.1), arranged parallel and equidistant from each other, which rotate in the opposite direction with respect to the adjacent roller (1.1),
- two supporting means (2) of drive ends (1.11) and free ends (1.12) of the rollers (1.1) coupled to two support gulas (3) of the screen, and

- drive means (4) of the rollers (1.1) coupled to their drive ends (1.11).
Where, the support means (2) comprise a plurality of fastening pieces (2.1), for example, symmetrical and identical, arranged in a row, and held under compression by means of pushing (5).
As shown in figure 3, the clamping pieces (2.1) comprise lateral faces (2.11) with cylindrical concavities (2,111) opposite and aligned with each other. In other words, the cylindrical concavities (2,111) are arranged one on each side face (2.11) of the clamping piece (2.1), oriented in opposite directions, that is, open towards the outside of the side faces (2.11) and coincident in a common transverse symmetry axis for both, the latter, arranged perpendicular to the length or height of the piece (2.1).
Thus, when joining the lateral faces (2.11) of two adjacent or contiguous clamping pieces (2.1) of the row, see figures 4 and 5, the cylindrical concavities (2.111) of said facing lateral faces (2.11) form an inner diameter ( di) of dimensions that fit in the outer diameter (of) of the end (1.11, 1.12) of the roller (1.1) that they support. In other words, in the union of two clamping pieces (2.1), as a support point for each end (1.11, 1.12) of the roller (1.1), a kind of radial sliding bearings are formed that facilitate the rotation of the roller ( 1.1).
For its part, it is preferred that the thrust means (5) are two pistons (5.1), which operate in directions found, arranged between each side of the support means (2) and a corresponding end (3.1) of the support glutton (3). For example, in the embodiment shown in Figure 2, the pistons (5.1) are mechanically actuated by means of springs (5.2) crossed by two rods (5.11) of said pistons (5.1). In its path, the rods (5.11) could be guided by crossing each other's arms (3.11) formed at the ends (3.1) of the support glutton (3), and the spring (5.2), arranged between the piston head (5.1 ) and the corresponding arm (3.11).
In another embodiment, the pistons (5.1) could be driven against the sides of the support means (2) by pneumatic means (not shown in the figures).

In any case, it is sought to maintain, at all times, the row of fastening pieces (2.1) that make up the support means (2).
Thus, as seen in Figure 4, the screen is provided with a grill (1) with a minimum separation (Sm) between rollers (1.1), equivalent to the width of one of the clamping pieces
(2.1) that supports them. Then, when crossing a branch with olives (not shown in the figures) by the opposite rotation developed by the adjacent rollers (1.1), there is an adjusted separation (Sa) between them equivalent to the dimensions, that is, to the diameter of the branch. See Figure 5. This is because the branch presses between the rollers (1.1), exceeding the compression force exerted by the pushing means (5) on the clamping parts (2.1), the latter, those corresponding to the rollers (1.1) that cross the branch, which, are separated allowing the lateral displacement of said rollers (1.1) giving way to the branch, but not, to the olives that it holds, then, the latter, have dimensions greater than the adjusted separation (Sa) existing between the rollers (1.1), which, has previously been conformed with the dimensions of the branch.
Therefore, when a branch or group of branches with olives is poured on the grill (1), the movement of the rollers (1.1) causes the branch to move between them in the direction of the space under the sieve, at the same time, cause the olives that accompany this branch to detach or separate from it and roll through the upper face of the sieve in the direction of its collection, achieving a total screening of the harvested olives.
To facilitate the shedding and harvesting of olives, it is preferred that the rollers
(1.1) are arranged in a longitudinal direction and in descending slope with respect to their flow through the sieve, that is, in a downward direction towards collection means (not shown in the figures).
On the other hand, with respect to the driving means (4) of the rollers (1.1), it is preferred that they comprise two transmission chains (4.1) moved, in opposite directions, by at least one motor-reducer (4.2), where, the drive ends (1.11) of rollers
(1.1) alternate of the grill (1) can be coupled to one of said transmission chains (4.1), and to the other chain, the drive ends (1.11) of the rest of the rollers (1.1) of the grill can be coupled (one). For example, in the embodiment shown in Figure 1, the screen comprises a motor-reducer (4.2) coupled to two transmission chains (4.1) by means of a distribution bar (4.3), where, pinions (1,111)

of the drive ends (1.11) of alternate rollers (1.1) are coupled above one of said drive chains (4.1), and below the other chain, the pinions (1,111) of the drive ends ( 1.11) of the rest of the rollers (1.1) of the grill (1).

Thus, it is achieved that adjacent or contiguous rollers (1.1) of the grill (1) rotate in opposite directions, so that they cause the branch to be dragged into the lower space of the screen, at the same time, which cause the detachment of all olives bound or subject to said branch, increasing the efficiency of the screening work, as well as, the yield 10 of the machine where it is applied.

1.-Shedding of olives or other fruits, comprising:
- a grill (1) formed by a plurality of rollers (1.1), arranged parallel and equidistant from each other, which rotate in the opposite direction with respect to the adjacent roller (1.1),
- two support means (2) of drive ends (1.11) and free ends (1.12) of the rollers (1.1) coupled to two support glides (3) of the screen,
- drive means (4) of the rollers (1.1) coupled to their drive ends (1.11),
characterized in that the support means (2) comprise a plurality of clamping pieces (2.1) arranged in a row, the clamping pieces (2.1) comprise lateral faces (2.11) with paths cylindrical concavities (2,111) opposite and aligned with each other which, when joining the lateral faces (2.11) of two adjacent clamping pieces (2.1) of the row, form an inner diameter (di) of dimensions that fit in the outer diameter (of) of the end (1.11, 1.12) of the roller (1.1) that support, pushing means (5) keep the row of fasteners (2.1) compressed.
